Planning meeting

We have had our planning meeting, all is set - we are ready to go, for the fifth year we are activating Segerstad Lighthouse SK7L.
This blog will be updated both before and during the event.
We are al lookning forward to the main event of the year!

We are planning for the 5th event at Segerstad Lighthouse.

This year we will also be qrv on D-star.

Equipment used.

What kept us awake all night was a coffe maker from Elektrolux EKF7000.

By the way, the radios we used was all from ICOM, IC-7400, IC7000 and IC 706MKII.
Antennas: Cuschcraft R7, Dipol 80m, half- square 40m/20m, and loops and a lot of antenna experiments with fishing rods :)
Vertical dipol for 10m, and a vertical for 2m... I think thats all.
The R7 does a good job and has been with us from the beginning in 2007.
We are all looking forward to the next Lighthouse weekend, keep an eye on our blog, we will continue to update it through the year. We will put some nice pictures of QSL card recieved.

Yesterday we had a planning meeting at SM7OHE. And now we are all set to go!

We have two new members of the crew, SM7EOI and SM7SMS who will participate in the LY VHF-UHF-SHF contest.

Making sure that we do not forget any vital equipment.

As promised, we are active in this years International Lighthouse Event weekend.
That is the fourth year in a row that we are having a good time at Segerstad Lighthouse.
The team for this year is not yet decided, but the core team of SM7OHE, SM7SPP, SM7TVC, SM7TVZ,SM7SEL will be there.
